$15 a session or $100 for all 9 up front.
You will be pushed to get to the next level in these sessions. For middle schoolers and high schoolers getting ready to make their high school team and be ready for the season. Nothing like extra work to move past the competition. Strength speed and stamina is what Tuesday soccerFit sessions are for.
We will train our body with long distances, short distances and will incorporate body weight squats, lunges and other exercises to work strength and explosiveness.
